Training and experience
My first degree was in Philosophy and Sociological and Political Studies (University College, Galway). I have a diploma in Community Development (UCG), an MA in Women's Studies (Ruskin College Oxford), and an MSc in Psychotherapy (Middlesex University; Metanoia Institute). I am currently completing a diploma in supervision (Minster Centre, London).
My therapeutic orientation is Transactional Analysis (TA), which offers a blend of cognitive, behavioural and relational approaches.
